1. In your own words, what is a statement of scope and how would you use it after it is written?
2. A work breakdown structure contains a list of all the tasks that would need to be completed to finish a project. One of the goals of creating a work breakdown structure is so that you can assign parts of a larger project to individuals or small groups to complete. Imagine that you want to create a work breakdown structure for washing a car.
a. What are some of the distinct steps that go into washing a car?
b. If you were to assign the work to two individuals, what steps would you assign person A and person B?
