Public Shaming As Punishment Recently,
a man was convicted of harassing his neighbor and her young children for more than 10 years. The judge sentenced the man to jail, community service, anger management – and to spend 5 hours alongside a busy street on a Sunday with a big sign saying, “I AM A BULLY.”
