Any source other than the documents MUST be cited.
The documents themseves do not need to be cited. Any other source needs to be cited using Footnotes\endnotes. They can be MLA, APA or Chicago style as long as I am able to know where the information is coming from.
Not using citations will result in a lower grade.
Work cited page must be used.
Any plagiarism will result in an F for this paper and the class.
The bibliography is not counted as part of the essay.
Double spaced. 10 or 12 font. Courier New or Times New Roman.
Use of other sources are permissible.
Use the Brookdale Library Website for relevant information, books, and articles.
Encyclopedias such as wikipedia are NOT a legitimate resource.
Although this is a history class, spelling, grammar and clarity of thought are included as part of grading.
Not following the guidelines will result in a lower grade.
