Elder abuse is the main issue affect around the world. Many aged people are not aware of their disease which causes trouble in their health. Elder people became unhealthy which creates a situation of dependence on others that cause as a victim of abuse. Aged people have their own virtues and nobility. They should be respected by their families as well as care provider. For the safety of senior neglect, there are more relevant codes, laws, and official paper of the problem.
Health care professional plays a vital duty to provide the legal virtue and nobility to the aged people. Senior residents health is treated by the health care employee, so any distress or matter of abuse is reported to the higher measure. The care facilitator also provide the proper person-centered management with their indication of work for the welfare of old residents.
The top concern of old people’s health is neglected by the health care facilities in Australia.
The abuse by care provider to the senior resident in the facilities causes death as they suffer the pain of pressure sores. This prevalence was outlined to the Australian law reform commission in 2017. Australian rural areas is more prone to harm for aged people. As in the village areas, there are shortage of facilities than cities so elder people suffer and cause as a victim of maltreat. Australia has planned the first national plan to prevent elder abuse and provide knowledge to enhance help but there were many restrictions occur.
