I would like to express my deep and sincere gratitude to all those who helped me in my OJT (On-The-Job Training): First, to my family and to the omnipresent God who has given me good health and strength all throughout my training. Our Daily Bread book, that helped me to have a narrow understanding not just about working hard with passion but also about life in the real world. During this training I have collaborated with many colleagues for whom I have great regard, and I wish to extend my warmest thanks to all the employees, staff and other OJT’s of Conti’s Pastry Shop and Restaurant, Nuvali.
